I actually live in the neighborhood and I just noticed their little chalk sign the other day. Walked up and noticed there was a couple tables outside with chairs that we clean and maintained. Walking in you will notice the area is really big for a little coffee shop. They have a wide array of options and the gentleman who was tending to me seemed to understand the need of "something with a punch" (Red Eye for those that are curious.) I was explained everything that was going in my drink and there was options for cream and sugar. There is options for pastries and from the looks of it there is a menu for other things (didn't get any pictures of it, sorry). Overall, I give this place 5 stars. The largeness of the room without cramping in so many tables is awesome. The entire place was clean and the staff is super friendly. There is options for just about everything and the price points seem better than the "other" chain coffee shop. Will definitely be making this a more frequent stop.
My favorite cafe in the Tampa/St Pete area! Staff is extremely welcoming, attentive, and kind! Many vegan options and you can tell the food is made with lots of love! There is wifi and parking available in the rear.
Quaint diner with great vegan and vegetarian brunch options! Recently had the “So Gouda Sammy” special and it is mouth watering... Don’t miss out on the good food, chill atmosphere and quality coffee.
Great place to work alone or study in a group. Not so noisy and consistently one of the freshest and best cups of coffee you'll find. The best egg sandwich you may have anywhere. Service is over the top.

Stopped by here while on vacation and hands down some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had!! We got a quiche, the mocha donut, the So gouda sammy, and cuban handheld! 10/10 food, wonderful customer service. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

The space is warm, comfortable, and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Recently, I experienced firsthand just how special this place is. During Tropical Storm Debby, my power was out all day, and I still needed to work. Thomas, the owner, was incredibly gracious, allowing me to stay and work from the shop for most of the day. His sunny attitude, shared generously with everyone who walked through the door, along with fun music and amazing food, completely brightened what could have been a miserable day. Neighborhood Joe isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s a community hub where you can always expect great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and incredible food options that cater to various dietary needs. I highly recommend!
Great food that is always fresh and healthy! From somebody who does not follow a vegan nor vegetarian based diet, I can honestly say I really love the food! In fact, I enjoy the vegan empanadas more than most meat based empanadas, and the homemade vegan dipping sauce is so good!! The blueberry pancakes and tempeh BLT are very good options as well! Also, the breakfast sandwich is delicious; I get it served vegetarian style instead of vegan style on a croissant! Also, their teas are delicious, and this is coming from somebody that normally only drinks coffee with breakfast!
